design: Glide e-mails and newsletters

While at the Glide Foundation, one of my duties as the Communications Associate was to adeptly create content, schedule workflow and design collateral for communications and development campaigns. This included creating monthly e-mail newsletters for subscribers, the annual printed Foundation newsletter, direct e-mail fundraising campaigns and website landing pages, quarterly internal newsletters, and print material and social media posts for advocacy campaigns. Additionally, I maintained a comprehensive archive of design materials and templates, while tracking campaign metrics online and researching best practices and digital platforms. Most importantly, I collaborated with department staff and participants, and together we generated compelling stories about Glide Foundation’s unique programs. These materials served to publicize the organization’s programs and achievements, highlight donors and volunteers, and amplify fundraising and advocacy efforts.
