Using data gathered by the Mapping Project team, I created interactive maps in Carto to visualize and analyze Unlawful Detainers and Foreclosures in Alameda, Oakland, and Fremont from 2005-15. ALAMEDA DEOGRAPHIC MAP:  https://ampitup.carto.com/viz/52258776-64bb-11e6-b497-0ecd1babdde5/public_map

I then used data mapped in Carto to build graphic visualizations of heat maps Unlawful Detainers and Foreclosures in each city, and chart the rise in rent against UDs and Foreclosures over 2005-15. COUNTERPOINTS (full PDF report):  https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8rqmLCoVOQmVWt4UjJrQmsyRjQ

I also used the data team's spreadsheets to analyze demographic shifts in each city - focused on Median Income, Over 65 or on Disability, and Race and Ethnicity from 2010-14. FREMONT DEMOGRAPHIC MAP:  https://ampitup.carto.com/viz/314c2084-64be-11e6-ad67-0e233c30368f/public_map
